Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
Responsibilities:
• Organize, facilitate and follow-up Kaizen events on Maintenance Department
• Instruct Maintenance teammembers in Continuous (daily) Kaizen implementation
• Evaluate and prepare presentations of Kiazen successes
• Ensure and follow-up implementation of Honeywell Operating System (standards, instructions, 5S, 5Whys)
• Conduct attainment / sustainment audits
• Identify and address opportunities for improvement in Maintenance processes
• Plan and facilitate cost saving activities
• Conduct and facilitate 8D reports on Maintenance Department
• Reporting and achievement metrics
• Provides support in documentation and reporting
• Respect all roles about escalation and rapid problem solving
• Critical thinking and attention to detail
• Serve as technical lead to provide clear and comprehensive release and deployment plans
