Learning & Development Coordinator - Prešov – Honeywell Turbo

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Cooperation with team in creation of Learning strategy
• Creation of conception to implement Learning strategy and championing the Learning committe
• Identification and analyis of developmental, learning and training needs
• Creation of training plans for individual groups of employees
• Participation on creation of individual developmental plans
• Coordination of Trainee program
• Evaluation of effectivity of the developmental activities for individuals and organization
• Responsibility for implementation of innovative systems of learning
• Evaluation and selection of suppliers of the developmental activities
• Cooperation in preparation of budget for learning and developmental activities and responsibility to follow-up
• Creation, optimalization and implementation of internal rules for learning and development
• Organization of external trainings
• Leading internal learning and developmental activities
• Responsibility for cooperation in regional and business projects focused on developmental activities
• Registration and reporting all developmental activities in company IS tools
• Administration of company learning and training IS tools concerning assigned population
• Responsibility for fulfillment of defined KPIs in the field of learning and development


SKILLS AND KNOWLDGE REQUIRED
• Organizational and coordination and customer orientation skills
• Presentation skills
• Orientation on people and their development
• High level of English oral and written;
• Team player, pro-active and positive personality
• Flexibility and adaptation to changes
• Organized, with ability to pay attention to details
• Very good computer skills Excel, PowerPoint, and open mindset to use information systems
• Ability to interact with people of different background


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• University diploma in Andragogy, Human Resources, Pedagogy preferably, but is not mandatory
• Interest to HR related processes
• Min 2 years of experience in the field
