Job description, responsibilities and duties
*Operations (defining workload and for the execution of the production planning following the mix, training plans, personnel administration, machine and equipment management, new product launch/ old products change),
*Leading the part of production plant - machining technologies producing turbos for automotive,
*Positive motivation of the employees leading to the higher performance,
*Coordinating multiple activities meeting multiple deadlines related to the production, setting up priorities,
*Continuous improvement (lower costs, higher quality, saving time and increasing productivity),
*Production planning (new product implementation, implementation corrections and savings, maintenance, supply chain adaptation),
*Project Management,
*Guarantying healthy, safety and environment standards.

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Educational Specialization
Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
*Excellent knowledge of machining production, automotive industry is highly preferred,
*Experience with leading a big group of people in production (at least team of 100+),
*Experience working in corporate, international environment,
*Very good interpersonal skills with the ability to gain commitment in order to achieve goals and actions needed,
*Planning and organizing skills with experience of determining priorities,
*Problem solving skills with experience of developing and implementing solutions, project management, analytical skills,
*Personality focused on quality with attention to details,
*Good understanding of financial controls & budgetary responsibilities with experience of managing a large project or departmental budget, very good p.c. skills
*Preferred knowledge of production system (Toyota or other), standard work, VSM, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, quality tools – 8D, FMEA, 5S, lean methodology,
*Six Sigma certification is an advantage,
*Very good verbal & written communication skills in English as well in Slovak/Czech.
*Experience with leading a big group of people in production (at least team of 100+),
*Experience working in corporate, international environment,
*Very good interpersonal skills with the ability to gain commitment in order to achieve goals and actions needed,
