Description
Main objectives and activity
Leads Buying Team to ensure implementation on time of CST savings & PT improvements, as well as service level follow-up
Develop robust CST commodity strategy with strong CST preferred supplier list with consideration to quality, cost, speed and service requirements, market conditions, risks and exposures, competitive landscape, and projected changes over the strategic planning horizon;
Understand EMEA industry trends, suppliers' capabilities, and overall has the supply chain expertise to support sub-commodities projects
Identify and drive the team to cost reduction opportunities, cash improvement, recognized and reported by Businesses Procurement Partners
Support &lead Buying Team in their productivity and cash projects
Source and negotiate Countries & EMEA agreements with suppliers to support the Procurement/SBG/function strategies.
