Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are currently searching for Payroll Specialist who will be in charge of administration and payroll data processing for our employees in Slovakia (the payroll team is proceeding the salaries for approx. 1100 Honeywell employees):
*Queue management,
*Updating the data in SAP Payroll platform per documents manually - based on data from personal folders (taxes, health insurance), sickness, maternity leave,
*Providing communication with employees, managers, HR, HRS, and another customers, response to their requests/questions,
*Delivering response within 24 hours,
*Communicating with legal authorities on daily basis with Social Insurance office regarding the sickness as well as Health Insurance authorities,
*Distribution and sorting incoming post,
*Maintain employee files and other documents,
*Prepare required supporting documents for Payroll Team,
*Other administrative tasks supporting payroll activities for Slovakia.
Personality requirements and skills
*Completed secondary level of education (economy/finance major preferred).
*Previous experience at least 1 year in HR administration or payroll.
*Basic knowledge of Slovak payroll specifics and local law.
*Microsoft Excel – advanced user.
*Knowledge of SAP Payroll module is considered as an advantage.
*Advanced English (verbal/written) and fluent Slovak.
*Detail oriented personality, good communication and presentation skills, team player.
