Maintenance Engineer

*Responsible for the daily maintenance of CNC machines, Automation and other critical machines in automotive production.
*Coordination and planning of corrective and preventive maintenance.
*Leading team of Maintenance Technicians (3-5 people).
*Ensuring continuous improvement process (Kaizen and TPM) and overall operating availability, MTTR, MTBF, maintenance costs.
*Management of spare parts.
*Close collaboration with production, process engineering and quality department.
*Following internal procedures and ensuring HSE guidelines .
*Reporting.

Requirements:

* University degree in technical engineering.
* Electric/mechanical/PLC/PC knowledge on good level.
*Expert of maintenance in CNC machines and TPM methodology with previous experience at least 3 years.
*Basic PLC principles knowledge.
* Knowledge of environmental, health and safety procedures.
*Knowledge of TPS or any other Lean production system, lean and Six Sigma methodologies (certification is an advantage).
*People management skills (small team) is an advantage.
*Very good communication and presentation skills, proactive approach, detail oriented.
