Job description, responsibilities and duties

Honeywell Safety Products s.r.o. opened an unique opportunity for the strategic thinking people who will be responsible for the Supply plans, inventory and cost reductions for our new but as well on going projects in across the Europe. The roles are for our specific Line of Business segments - footwear production.

*Participation in the creation and updating of the Supply Planning Strategy for European production sites of the company
*Works as a team with the Site and Multi-site Operational Leadership as well as with sales, marketing, finance, demand planning etc.
*Responsible for material management processes connected to the Line of Business as well as for new and ongoing projects with regards to supply planning.
*First point of contact to the business
*Working on continuous improvement such as cost reduction, inventory reduction, cycle time reduction etc.
*Responsible for the finished goods plan for every part process
*Participation in the Sales , Inventory and Operations Planning Process and Reviews

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Warehouse management - Advanced
Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

* Secondary level education in logistics field is an advantage
* Experience with material or production planning and whole material management process is required
* Previous experience on similar position at least three years
* Strategic thinking person and attention to detail
* Able to maintain discipline of regular reviews and reporting
* Familiar with MS Office
* Advanced knowledge of English (written and verbal), French is an advantage
* Independent personality bringing new ideas
* “Can do” attitude
*Ability to work with remote teams
