Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Manage suppliers in the project phase before SOP (phases of design & Process development and production set-up), cooperation with the NPI team.
* Initiate and lead the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
* Evaluation and verification of supplied components through periodical check.
* Using quality tools to ensure the proper quality level of components and the development of the suppliers such as 8D reports, APQP and others.
* Participation on supplier audits according to automotive Honeywell standards.
* Track all the defects on the components; manage action plans with suppliers in case of claims from our side.
* Cross-functional cooperation.
* Reporting and assuring all the documentation is completed.

* University degree from technical or industrial field is an advantage.
* Previous experience in quality management with focus on suppliers.
* Familiar with Six Sigma, Lean, 8D, APQP, ISO norms
* Previous experience from automotive industry preferred.
* Very good knowledge of production environment.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Independent personality, orientation on results, proactivity
* Advanced English and fluent Slovak is a must, other languages are an advantage.
