Quality Leader (00278296)

As Quality Leader your main responsibilities will be:
*Guaranteeing quality level in production – assembly, manufacturing and machining,
*Leading the team of quality technicians and inspectors in production (10-15 people), their coordination, task delegation, coaching, training and motivation, as well the evaluation of their performance,
*Ensuring all processes are continuously improving, creating the action plans and corrective actions, auditing,
*Supervision of production in quality manners – ensuring all processes are according the Honeywell internal policy, providing communication through department, working closely with shop floor and production,
*Daily reporting, administration, analyses - internal PPM, scrap and rectification costs, compliance to internal audits, process capabilities.

Requirements:
*Min. Bachelors degree from technical or industrial field,
*Previous experience in quality management in automotive company (mandatory),
*People management/team coordination experience at least two years,
*Familiar with 8D, PPAP, ISO norms, 5S, certified quality auditor, knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies (certification is an advantage), project management experience,
*Previous experience from automotive industry is a must,
*Very good knowledge of production environment,
*Strong communication and presentation skills,
*Orientation on results, pro-activity, leading by example ,
*Advanced English and fluent Slovak.
