Process Engineer - CNC technologies

Honeywell is currently growing their team of engineering professionals. We are looking for experienced Process Engineer for CNC Machining, who will be responsible for developing the manufacturing processes for production technology in our plant in Zaborske.
*Development, optimization and continuous improvement of the machining processes to achieve best efficiency in terms of costs, time and quality.
*Problem solving of technical issues and advisory for production.
*Creating the strategy for tooling solutions in cooperation with cross functional team.
*Programming CNC multi-axis milling machines.
*Direct communication with the suppliers.
*Training of internal staff (maintenance, technicians, operators).
Requirements:
*University degree in technical field.
*Orientation in multi-axis machines milling & turning technology.
*Knowledge of automotive environment.
*Experience from production is a must, very good understanding of factory processes – Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, TPS, basic quality tools and ISO.
*AutoCAD or any 3D program SW on advanced level.
*CAM software and programming is an advantage.
*Fluent English.
