Supplier Quality Leader

As Supplier Quality Leader you will be responsible for:
* Leading the small team of supplier quality engineers and technicians (up to 5 people).
* Managing the communication with suppliers.
* Taking control and ownership of processes, creating corrective action plans.
* Developing suppliers when it comes to terms of quality, evaluation, verifying new components for production.
*Continuously seeking for improvement.
*Reporting and assuring all the documentation is completed according to the company rules.

Requirements:
* Min. Bachelors degree from technical or industrial field.
* Previous experience in quality management with focus on suppliers at least 2 years (mandatory).
* People management/team coordination experience at least one year.
* Familiar with 8D, PPAP, ISO norms, 5S, certified quality auditor.
* Ability to read technical documentation.
* Previous experience from automotive industry preferred.
* Very good knowledge production environment.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Independent personality, orientation on results, pro-activity.
* Advanced English and fluent Slovak is a must, other languages are an advantage.
