Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Project manager is responsible for the management of Systems and IT Projects as well as overseeing the development of company’s corporate processes. With the definition of the project managers role there comes in hand a responsibility for project management, business analysis and release to business including quality assurance. This role includes leading of the project from different IT areas (SDP – software development projects, infrastructure projects, migration/ implementation projects etc.).

RESPONSIBILITIES / MAIN DUTIES
*End to end Management of Information Systems projects
*Act as liaison for stakeholders
*Identify, document and maintain Business Cases
*Manage multiple projects at the same time
*Maintain effective cross-functional project teams
*Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
*Define project tasks and resource requirements
*Create Business Analysis, communicate with solution Architects and systems development teams to deliver projects to requirements
*Plan and schedule project timelines
*Risk management
*Track and report on project deliverables using appropriate tools
*Prepare appropriate documents and records for all above responsibilities
*Contribute to the refinement of project, analysis and change management processes and practice
*Lead on the detailed definition of specific process and documentation areas
*Provide functional guidance on project management techniques and processes

Requirements:
*completed university degree
*Project Management experience of business systems
*Competent in the application of PRINCE2 or PMI project methodology (formal certification is considered as an advantage)
*Ability to work in an agile, collaborative development environment (SCRUM experience - considered as an advantage)
*Experience with leading of the teams in international environment
*Experience working in an environment with complex stakeholder structures
*Proficient in use of project management software including Microsoft Project
*Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential
*Excellent communicator both written and verbally
*Pragmatic and sensible in the interpretation and application of standards and processes
*English – advanced
