Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

*Work as a Software Developer to investigate and fix Software Change Requests in the avionics products and tools.
*Develop requirements, design, code for avionics products and tools.
*Update code and test software written in C, C++, and Assembler.
*Create and update Software Development and Verification documentation.
*Create Software Test procedures, scripts, and perform validation.
*Setup software environment for a hardware platform.
*Work with Real Time Operating System (RTOS).
*Develop and test embedded software for RTOS running on a real hardware.
*Provide weekly technical status.
Qualifications:
*Minimum Masters Degree in Software Engineering, or equivalent.
*Experience with programming in C or C++ .
*Object-oriented design.
*Design patterns.
*UML.
*Networking knowledge and experience (network protocols, TCP/IP, Sockets).
*Parallel programming (Multiprocessing, Multi threading, Synchronization).
*Good command of English language.
*Ability to travel abroad to Canada and/or United Kingdom.
*Willingness to work on projects across time zones (cooperation with North America).
