Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently expanding our ASIC/FPGA team Brno. The team is a part of global ASC/FPGA organization in Honeywell being responsible for project execution, design and verification of safety critical designs for FPGAs.
*Architecture design, test, and integration of complex high speed ASIC/FPGAs.
*Translation of system level requirements into hardware.
*Implement the approved design using VHDL, Verilog or SystemVerilog.
*Verify the design by generating all necessary test benches and/or test vectors and simulating with ModelSim.
*Opportunity to learn and use advanced verification methodologies based on SystemVerilog and UVM.
Requirements:
*Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.
*Experience with ASIC and FPGA development.
*Experience with implementation with VHDL or Verilog for Xilinx, Actel or Altera devices. SystemVerilog is a plus.
*Knowledge of AMBA, PCI, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, OS Linux, scripting languages Perl, Shell, TCL is a plus.
*Experience with ModelSim or other simulation tool.
*Advanced knowledge of English.
