HR Referent

Main responsibility of this role is close cooperation with HR department to ensure the best level of HR processes in the production plant:
*Keeping the right track of the data in HR database.
*Supporting HR services for all employees.
*Payroll support.
*Providing internal communication.
*Preparing reviews and reports, control of the data for governmental projects.
*Creating presentations.
*Providing communication with labor office regarding the projects.
Requirements:
*Completed secondary level education in major accounting, payroll, personnel administration or business management.
*Previous experience with HR IS like Human or People Soft is an advantage.
*Positive and pro-active personality.
*Organized, structured and detail oriented.
*Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
*Fluent knowledge of English and Slovak.
