Systems Engineer III

We are looking for experienced candidate for a new senior position based in Brno. In this role you will be responsible for software activities within HOMES team with opportunity to become a Lead Software Engineer.You will lead the charge for system integration support for hardware, software and systems engineers. You will have the opportunity to work on large, challenging project.

*Lead system integration support for hardware, software, and systems engineers
*Create infrastructure for system integration debugging and troubleshooting
*Evaluate and manage integration issues with cross functional teams
*Develop integration and system test strategy and tools for functional and non-functional requirements
*Develop performance test strategy for system integration touch points
*Collaborate with a team of system test engineers to qualify all system integration touch points
*Support project requirements capture and communicate to internal teams
*Lead and support integration tools for building cloud server infrastructure, back-end services and mobile applications

Qualifications:
*At least Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
*Minimum 6 years of experience in system integration test
*Experience user in developing software for embedded systems (Minimum 2 years of experience with multiple embedded technologies and internet-based architectures)
*Ability to explain complex problems and issues in understandable terms to technical and non-technical audiences
*Experience with a configuration management system
*Complete understanding of a full software and hardware development lifecycle from concept to launch (Min. 3 years of experience working within an iterative product development methodology)
*Good understanding of system design patterns
*Experience using software tools to provide field analysis support for systems
*Utilize computer software to perform analysis, interpret results and develop recommendations and designs
