We are looking for a candidate for a Honeywell Security team which develops security systems intended for homes
and commercial buildings. Our engineers use the most modern technologies and equipment for designing software and hardware.
It will be a new opened team, first one of this kind in Czech Republic. The candidate will be responsible for customer support and developing new technologies.

The key responsibilities will include:
*Ensure that the architecture and infrastructure on which the application will be deployed are robust and stable.
*Audits hardware and software to measure key performance indicators and generates system improvements based on business needs
*Responsibility for identifying tracking issues and resolving
*Ensures teams follow the organisation’s established policies and procedures
*Must be able to proactively identifying and providing resolutions to resolve standard to complex system


Requirements:
*Experience in a software support environment supporting complex
*Excellent knowledge of mobile applications and devices
*Ability to do Performance analysis/profiling, analytics knowledge (Experience with Google analytic is nice to have)
*Experience with one or more database platforms (MS SQL, MySQL, or NoSQL) is required.
*High level of technical ability including various program languages is required (JAVA, JavaScript, PHP, CSS,C#)
*Understanding of Internet technologies (e.g., HTML, XML, TCP/IP, UDP, FTP) is required
*Proven in depth of knowledge of complex, database-centric, internet-based systems (knowledge of LINUX and virtual machines are required)
*Experience of working in a client support role is required
*Excellent written and spoken communication skills
*English required
*French or Spanish is nice to have
