As Process Engineer, part of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team within Honeywell, your main responsibilities will be to:

*Coordinating growth and standardization process engineering projects in production;
*Identifying continuous improvement opportunities, suggesting own ideas and implementing them directly into the plant, closely working with process technicians
*Negotiation about technical specification of production equipment with suppliers to achieve the best quality, higher production performance in less time and lower costs,
*Defining capacity of the equipments, taking over responsibility for improving Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
*Creating guidelines for using new equipment to be in line with business and technology demands and coordinates commissioning and implementation of new technology to the existing production lines in the shop floor
*Defining the systems and tools for error prevention (Poka Yoke) and communicates and validates them with Quality Department, working with NPI engineers for identification and implementation related to new product introduction
*Defining and creates specific work procedures to support existing Honeywell Operations Plan, coordinating training process for Production and Maintenance teams
*Leading the Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA) process for production equipments, supporting preventing and solving internal and customer claims together with Quality Department
