ÚČEL FUNKCIE / POSITION PURPOSE

 Managing, controlling and organizing production department and processes in order to meet quality and efficiency of production within customer requirements

• Lead the team of 30 people

POVINNOSTI – ZODPOVEDNOSŤ / RESPONSIBILITIES - ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Coordinate planning, procurement and manufacturing in order to fulfil customer quantity, quality and delivery time (PPM, LFR)

• Managing and organizing manufacturing department to guarantee the smooth flow of production and avoid non-productivity

• Implement HOS requirements to the shopfloor, Recommends improvements in production flow or methods.

• Implement HSE requirements at the site, ensure required training is delivered to all required employees.

• Manage and monitor respect of Integrated Management System standards (products quality, protection of the environment and safety of work and health protection),

• To ensure that workers respect Code of Conduct and the company’s human resources policy (Company Principles).

• To evaluate, motivate and support personal development of employees, supervise discipline

• To communicate and cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth production process,

• To administer, check and perform reports regarding various production outputs to inform company management,

• Prepare and follow budget for department.
