Regional FP&A Leader – ISC Electronic Products EMEAI COE

This role reports directly to the ISC Electronic Products (EP) EMEAI COE Finance Leader, and will act as the Financial Business Partner to the EP EMEAI COE Finance Team and associated functional leaders within the EP EMEAI COE.  You will also be a key point of contact for the SBU Liaisons. This role is responsible for financial leadership and driving reporting, analysis, planning and forecasting for the COE. This role will provide indirect guidance to factory finance and other regional COE analysts as required. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and influencing skills within and outside of Finance. He / She should be comfortable in an ambiguous changing environment as we continue to move forward in Connected ACS.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Provide key analysis of ISC cost, productivity and working capital performance to the Regional COE ISC Leader and the wider Regional COE Leadership Team. Participate in ISC reviews identifying key issues, assist in the formation of corrective actions and improvement plans. 
  • Work with the SBU ISC Finance Liaison to ensure performance is accurately and transparently reported, actions identified and corrective action plans developed. The role will help coordinate the COE response to significant actions required to improve SBU operational and financial performance in the short, medium and long term. 
  • Support the development of the finance operating system and operating cadence under the Connected ACS initiative. This will cover tracking of key performance, forecasting, budgeting and assisting in the formation of STRAP plans. 
  • Support the ISC COE Regional Finance Leader and the wider COE Leadership Team in the financial evaluation and feasibility of key transformation projects (transitions, business restructuring, make vs buy decisions, core / non-core analysis). This will be achieved by either directly supporting such initiatives or ensuring that such initiatives are supported by the respective region finance teams. 
  • Coordinate finance support in the tracking of major transformation projects in terms of cost savings, investments and project costs. Participate in identifying areas of improvement and mitigation plans. 
  • Lead or actively participate in various ad hoc projects for the ISC finance function for the COE or the greater ACS organization. 
  • Drive ACS ISC consistent reporting, analysis, tools at regional and local plant level. This is to be achieved by partnering with ACS ISC finance, the Global Finance Center in Bangalore and global ISC finance leadership. Design, document and implement standard management operating system across COE locations so that COE ISC and SBU leadership are effectively supported in achieving plan objectives. 
  • Partner with the COE ISC finance leader in Global Finance Center in Bangalore and regional COE ISC finance to implement standard work at global, region, and plant level. This activity includes significant influencing and partnering skills and being able to demonstrate a 'global mindset' as we move forward with Connected ACS. 
  • Support ACS wide implementation of automation tools and further improvements in reporting and analytics. This role will act as a key point of contact for roll-out of further initiatives across ACS (examples: dashboards, sharepoint sites etc).
