Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Technical Support Engineer for Intrusion Alarm Systems 
  • Responsibility for providing customers with technical support on assigned product lines (by phone / e-mail / personal)
  • Testing and internal evaluation of security products 
  • Active communication with manufacturers / vendors 
  • Travelling to installation sites 
  • Preparation and execution of technical trainings 
  • cooperation with other sub-entities (e.g. sales team) within organization

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
