Job description, responsibilities and duties

Reporting directly to the EMEAI Sourcing Leader for Fall Protection, this position is responsible for site-related Sourcing activities for direct and indirect materials in Partizanske, as well as cross-functional projects related to Fall Protection materials and commodities within EMEA.
Project management capabilities are mandatory for this role in order to drive cost improvements (benchmarks, B2B, CE, VE savings) and exceeding targets set for supplier quality, OTTR performance, working capital improvement, ensuring continuity of supply throughout the supply chain
Position requires working closely with Marketing, R&D, ISC, Quality and Sourcing Teams in order to develop synergies, meet market expectation, Business growth and profitability.
