Job description, responsibilities and duties

 
 

As HR Generalist you will support the management team in a green field organisation as well as our employees. You will  be a partner to local and off site managers in staffing, onbording, training & development, performance and talent management processes. As a member of SVK HR team you will work on various projects.


- Manage key HR functions in coordination and execution of Staffing activities, Training & Development, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits
- Support local leadership team in organizational design, performance management and succession planning
- Ensure implementation of HR strategy and procedures
- Manage internal communication and employee relations, resolve issues and complaints
- Cooperate with managers on design and implementation of the new development programs, trainings and completion of training plans based on the compteceny roadmaps
- Coach / Train / Advise managers in HR processes and people management
- Drive Performance management process and standards
- Partner to Finance, IT and Quality functions in implementation of different functional processes

 

 

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
