Job description, responsibilities and duties

Position Responsibilities:
*Provide support to the regional Customer Services to optimize the order portfolio
*Allocate products according to the prioritization rules
*Improve customer satisfaction
*Check the order backlog on a weekly base to identify potential irregularities
*Participate to the Customer Service meetings and events

Qualifications:
*University Degree in Commercial/Business education
*Experience within a Customer Service/Supply Chain environment
*Advanced knowledge of SAP is mandatory
*Good knowledge of MS-Office
*Ability to defend customer´s requests
*Strong communication and relationship skills
