Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for test IT Project leader who will join in Homes Connected Home team. You will be a member of team focused on thermostats development. If you want to be responsible for leading projects full of new technologies and devices ensuring comfortable environment, send us your CV.
Job Description:
*Aligns the releases to the annual calendars for sprints and PSIs
*Supports the Scrum Teams, Product Owners, Product Managers, Epic Owners and Business Owners to facilitate release planning preparedness and to ensure that each team has an actionable, prioritized backlog
*Facilitates release planning activities and is responsible for ensuring adherence to internally defined Agile process.
*Ensures the Program has high quality documents including Vision presentations, dependency lists, issue and risk lists, corrective action plans and release level metrics
*Protector of the Business Objectives - Assists with release execution, PSI feature completion tracking and tracking of business objectives for the business owners
*Plays role of "Uber Scrum Master" by running Scrum of Scrums and providing daily leadership and coordination to teams
*Assists with economic decision-making by facilitating EPIC estimation by teams and rollup to train level visibility
*Works with Product Management and Product Owner to help assure strategy and execution alignment
*Reporting, risk management solving
Acts as a mindset change agent

Qualifications:
*Displays Influencing and Leadership skills
*Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of the Sprints/PSI’s.¨
*Strong Process orientation
*Conceptual grasp of technology with successful history of delivery technical projects.
*Understanding of iterative development processes, quality and testing best practices.
*At least Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience.
*7+years project management experience.
*Desire to work collaboratively with the all Agile teams and their stakeholders
*Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
*Verbal and written communication skills (also in English), including understanding of technical writing
