ACS Center of Technologies is looking for a new colleague who will be a leader for the deployment and institutionalization of standardized development process in support of CMMI with a special focus on project management process and practices.

Job Description:
*Leading, manage, and track deployment and institutionalization of defined standard development process in order to achieve CMMI and business-specific goals
*Driving change by influencing behaviors of teams and providing training and mentoring/coaching
*Collaboration on process audits and appraisals
*Support project managers in adopting process, defined practices, applying high-maturity concepts, and common tools
*Development and refine methods, standards, guidelines and best practices related to project management
*Run Communities of Practices and mentoring sessions to leverage knowledge of practitioners related to processes, development lifecycle, project management, and related best practices

Qualifications:
*Experience with CMMI adoption on project and organizational level
*Strong knowledge of various development lifecycles and methodologies
*Experience in project management as a project manager
*Experience in managing software / hardware development and agile development practices
*Leadership skills and experience in driving change management initiatives
*Strong mentoring, presentation, abstraction and analytical skills
*Strong spoken and written communication skills in English (Czech is an advantage)
