Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Active role in business control environment
*Meeting the monthly & yearly closing deadlines and its requirements
*Supporting management wrt to actual and forecasted business visibility positioning
*Leading controlling function towards excellence business partner position
*Governing monthly closing on 2nd working day after the month end
*Ex post & Ex ante variance analysis with supporting conclusive comments
*Management MORs in 2nd week of the month
*Manufacturing KPIs reporting (2nd week of the month)
*Supporting external audit process
*Monthly costs & sales price control
*Being one of key players in the transitions process
*Working capital (esp. Inventory) control and active management
*Source of change composition and explanations
*Responsible for Management reporting in HON
*Composing & Communicating Monthly Operating Reviews towards lacal & regional Senior management
*CAPEX controller‘s competencies
*Responsible for AOP and Forecast/Reforecast process
*Proper KPIs application
*overtaking FX hedging responsibilities
*Cash flow management
*Entity financing responsibilities: IG Loan, bank guarantees, etc
*CIT tax competences (incl. Int. & DT WBs entity reporting)
*Finance point transfer projects lead
*FA depreciation methodology reviews (incl. Impairment tests, etc)
*Supporting NPI process from finance standpoint
*Communicate directly with regional business and finance LOB leads, Standard costs policy alignment
*Weekly sales & production reporting
*Inventory controls (proper valuation, existence, ties)
*Standard costing & costs price calculations (normative, scrap rates, labor rates)
*TP calculations
*Ensuring proper cutting off procedures (incl. external subcontracting work)
*Monitors & determine proper valuation of receivables
* Bonuses & holidays Labor accruals management
*Inactive/Obsolete/Surplus provision updates
* Stock ageing
*Scrap analysis, Variance analysis (PPV, mix, volume, FX impact), Productivity analysis (materials, machines & labor)
*KPIs reporting, STD costs & Price list updates
* IG A/Cs reconciliations if needed (price disputes, GIT issues, etc)

Requirements:
University's degree
* Experience in controlling area or comparable experience and
* Analytical thinking
Excellent computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Business partner / builds relationships
• Easy to work partner with
• Familiar with Internal control process, hierarchical Bottom up/Top down full picture approach
* Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Other languages a plus
