Job description, responsibilities and duties

Position Responsibilities:
*Manage testing to characterize vibration transfer of our bearing systems and interactions with other turbocharger components and engine/exhaust line system.
*Build test methodologies, create test instructions, document results and organize a database.
*Support vibro acoustic team for vibration prediction projects to make the link between VA projects and S&B component design.
*Component team support on design for low noise.
*Use rotordynamic prediction tools to establish noise acceptance criteria at simulation level.
Qualifications:
*College or university graduate with an engineering degree
*Strong communication skills (remote reporting and report on issues to customer).
*Strong conceptualization skills (identify & document new issues).
*Practical and analytical skills (ability to conduct measurement campaigns, use prediction tools and build methodologies).
*Proficient in using LMS Test Lab.
*Knowledge in Ansys and LMS Virtual Lab is a plus.
*English both oral and written.
