Customer Quality Engineer with German (00256101)

Position Responsibilities:
*Lead customer satisfaction and cooperate with Supplier Quality Engineer.
*Track & report key customer quality metrics (e.g. ppm, 8D/CAR response).
*Responsibility for the quality tools such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA and other tools.
*Executes projects which are already in process in the production, but as well for the pilot runs of new launches.
*Obtains customer approvals as required for products, processes, suppliers audit.
*Responsible to prepare customer visit and audit with the right plant functions.
*Close cooperation with plant quality manager.
Qualifications:
*Experienced customer quality engineer with project management skills.
*Familiar with automotive quality practices.
*Strong communicator, assertive in representing externally and internally.
*Native Slovak or Czech language.
*English and German language fluent.
