Lead Development Engineer Motorsport

As a Lead Development Engineer in the Motorsports Engineering Group of Honeywell Turbo Technologies, you will be responsible for the team developing new turbo charging solutions for high temperature racing applications.
Act as a focal point for Motorsport customer
Define and direct project design activities
Plan and schedule engineering-related activities: design, analysis, tooling, proto build, testing.
Liaise on daily basis with engineering departments
Ensure customer performance and test hardware delivery dates are met.
Support the customer’s engineering teams.

Requirements:
engineering degree or equivalent
experience including turbocharger development and engine performance optimization preferred
Basic understanding of electric generators and power electronics would be a bonus
Experience working directly with customers preferred
Experience with managing small team
Communicative level of English
