Project Leader

Our products are used in buildings of any size for heating, ventilation and air conditioning. We design controllers, economizers, sensors (temperature, humidity, CO2), wall modules.
We use the state-of-the-art technologies from mechanical design through electronics, embedded software and Windows applications.
Usage of simulation software, statistical and tolerance analyses, Design for six sigma methodology and complex testing guarantee the highest quality and competitiveness of our products.

Responsibilities:

Leading of development projects consisting of SW/HW/Mechanical assemblies
Management of the projects from requirements, through concept, planning, design to the final implementation to the serial production
Communication with the internal customers - engineering, marketing, production, sales teams
Ensure designs of new products are complete, on-time, and within budget and performance requirements

Master degree in electrical, mechatronics or mechanical engineering
Previous experience of Project Leading in a product development environment
Background experience of designing SW/electrical/mechanical products
English skills are essential
PMP (IPMA) certificate is advantage
