Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Continuously analyze equipment/system performance, document findings and propose solutions for improvements.
- Design new systems, equipment and procedures and propose modifications of existing ones for continuous process improvement. Promote the increased use of AFR
- Support Quality Manager in achieving the defined quality level at high consistency.
- Based on prepared process improvements, define needed CAPEX requests and lead realization
- Communicate and implement regulations, company goals, policies and procedures. Optimize internal processes and structures. Develop standard operating procedures and targets. Ensure ISO compliance for related activities.
- Monitor performance and optimize operation of PCS preparing functional specifications of modifications and new installations.
- Guarantee compliance with OH&S and environment policies in the production processes. Implement standards for sustainable environmental performance. Ensure safety of processes.
