Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a candidate for Training and development specialist role who will:

  • Maintain overview on existing skills vs. required skills and proposes training and development activities in order to improve organization effectiveness.
  • Provide support and consultation to HR business partners in identification of training and development activities.
  • Drive cross-company project and initiatives in the Training and development area.
  • Develop, organize and facilitate internal training courses and provide consultation support to internal trainers.
  • Act as internal trainer.
  • Stay aware of externally available programs and faculty, interacts with external training consultant.
  • Provide organizational support for selected training activities, arrange hotel bookings and participants invitatations

An ideal candidate for this position will have strong interest in training & development area and will be able to work independently on development projects and initiatives and cooperate with our internal clients on the regular basis.

  • will be strong in negotiation and assertive communication.
  • will have excellent communication and presentation skills and strong customer focus
  • advanced English in a must.
  • HR SAP is an advantage.
