Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a candidate for HR controller position who will take over following responsibilities:

  • Control, plan and report HR data in line with internal reporting principles,
  • Process personnel expenses plans.
  • FTE plans as well as HR cost centers plans for Finplan, budget and forecasts for Holcim Slovakia entities.
  • Monthly evaluate deviations between actual and planned personnel expenses.
  • Administrate regular reporting for Holcim Slovakia entities.

Personality requirements and skills

An ideal candidate this role will have at least 2 years’ experience in HR controlling in multinational corporation
Candidate on this position must be customer oriented, responsible, precise and able to work independently.
Analytical, logical thinking and good communication skills
SAP HR experience is a must (preferably advanced knowledge)
Fluent level of English language
PC skills – MS Office
