HOLCIM BUSINESS SERVICES IS GROWING

The new international service centre is looking for “P2P Master Data Specialists”. As a specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensure accurate and timely creation, modification and/or deletion of Master data for Holcim operations while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in the drive for exceptional customer service, operational excellence and compliance.

  • Provide support on vendor master data administration by monitoring and auditing data quality
within the vendor management SAP application
  • ­Work with business management on requirements for data creation, change and monitoring
of vendor management data and translate requirements into a working solution
  • Provide guidance for vendor master data use with business partners
  • Maintain Files for Vendor and Material Master forms; terms, discounts, adds/changes, etc
Master Data Maintenance: ­
  • Perform data cleansing activities
  • Process vendor modifications as requested
  • Perform Vendor maintenance for: Duplicates, blocking, deletions, etc.
  • Execute vendor mass delete
  • Maintain Files for Vendor Master forms; terms, discounts, adds/changes, etc.
  • Set up catalog vendors in SAP
  • Block vendors via rejected check requisition process.
  • ­ Identify and suggest process and system enhancements
  • ­Assist the Master Data Supervisor in continuously monitoring KPI and SLA

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Business or management related field

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

SAP - Basic
Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Number of years of experience

Personality requirements and skills

  • Experience in master data management
  • Shared Service experience is an asset

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or management related field

  • English advanced level

  • German or Italian knowledge is an asset

  • Proficient in SAP MM module

  • Proficient in using MS Office

  • Knowledge of Master data processes and standards is required
