This is an opportunity to be part of the Design, Build, Rollout, and Operating Phase of the ONEurope
Business Shared Service Center as Lead of Hire to Retire (H2R). Candidate will join the Project Team during the Design and Build of overall H2R services. The candidate will lead the team to provide overall HR support to the Business Shared Services Center during start-up and operations. Initial project work is expected to be located in Zurich, Madrid and most probably Kosice.
Additionally, the H2R Lead provides leadership and direction to the Shared Services team that will deliver services within Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, and Time Management (specific services will be determined during Design phase of Project) to the ONEurope in-scope Operating Companies. The H2R Process Lead is responsible for creating an environment and culture that drives process improvement activities, meets or exceeds service level requirement targets and provides superior customer service.

- Provide leadership of HR Organization who support, build and operate Shared Services Center
- Provide leadership in all design/build components of H2R process during project phase and during
implementation – processes, recruiting, knowledge transfer, and training.
- Provide process and master data expertise
- Liaise with key business partners
- Plan, organize and define roles for team
- Directly supervise team; Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members
- Develop staff training needs and documentation
- Foster teamwork and communication within and across organizational boundaries
- Establish process performance indicators

Required Experience / background:

- Degree with a major in finance or business
- Payroll designation or equivalent preferred
- MBA or equivalent preferred
- 10+ years of practical HR experience
Required Experience / background:
- Proven track record in leading and motivating teams
- Excellent customer service skills
- Broad based experience in HR systems, preferably SAP
- Project management experience preferred
- Ability to plan, assign and direct work
- Shared service implementation experience is an asset
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
