Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a candidate for HR Business Partner role to deliver HR services and consult management in HR related topics.
- He/she will builds strong relations with business representatives and understand their business challenge and goals.
- He/she will deliver support of internal clients in HR areas as hiring, training needs analysis, succession, performance management and compensation and benefits in line with Company standards.
- Part of his/her job will be organizational management and advising in labor code area to the assigned business function.
- HR business partner will act as a expert for assigned HR processes (engagement, retention, employee branding, ..) and participates in internal events organization.

Personality requirements and skills
An ideal candidate for this role will have excellent presentation and training skills, deep understanding of HR processes and will be a relevant partner for managers.
- Will have previous practice in internal HR department (minimum 3 years).
- Will be able to support internal client, understand their goals and problems and find alternatives and solutions in cooperation with HR department.
- Will be strong in communication, negotiation and time management.
- Will be customer oriented and able to understand client’s needs.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Knowledge of labor code is advantage.
