HOLCIM BUSINESS SERVICES IS GROWING

To our dynamic international environment we are looking for “Personnel Administration Specialists”. These roles will be responsible for management, maintenance and processing of organization structure changes as well as personal changes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of processing personnel and organizational data consistent with legal, audit and internal requirements and in compliance with SLAs.
  • Ensure data quality of master data files and take appropriate action to correct deficiencies
  • Provide support to local HR team in hiring, onboarding and leaving process.
  • Cooperate closely with Employee Service team to provide customer service to the business, legal guidance, resolution of queries and assistance in creation of ad-hoc reports.
  • Follow established processes, policies, and procedures control documentation, process flows and procedures, including preparation of regular reports
  • Contribute to operational improvement initiatives within the PA function.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date the process documentation and procedures, as well as controls documentation.
  • Support OpCo HR Team in his/her area of expertize.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Business Administration, Economics or related field

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Human Resources - Advanced
SAP - Basic

Number of years of experience

Personality requirements and skills

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • Knowledge of SAP HR
  • Advanced English
  • Any other foreign language (French, Italian) is an advantage
  • MS Office (Word, Excel) intermediate or advanced
  • Min 2 years of practical experience with personnel administration
  • Good knowledge of Labour Code in at least one European Country where Holcim is present
  • Experience from shared service center environment is an advantage
  • Communication skills and customer orientation
  • Ability to focus on details and to deal sensitively with confidential material
  • Team working skills
  • Practical thinking & problem solving
