HOLCIM BUSINESS SERVICES IS GROWING

The new international service centre is looking for “Procurement Support Specialist” for the department of Procure to Pay. The aim of this position is to perform services on all procurement support activities: e-catalog set up & testing; contract massive updates; regional contract maintenance; PO monitoring; EDI set up coordination; Idoc error handling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance/updates and monitoring of E-catalogs (internal and external);

  • Ensures the entry and mass updates of SAP (regional) contracts,

  • Responsible for the setup of EDI connections with suppliers and monitoring of Purchase
order output

  • Coordination of activities between IT SSC, Operating Companies, vendors and Procurement (local and regional) to ensure timely delivery of requested services.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Supply Chain, Business Administration or IT

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

SAP - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or IT
  • Certified in IT solutions is an advantage (MCIPS, CPSM)
  • Minimum 1 year in Procurement with exposure to supply chain management and optimal procurement processes and standards
  • Advanced English
  • Intermediate knowledge (B2) of German or Italian
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP MM and/or SAP SRM
  • Highly effective time management, planning and organization skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships across multiple functions
