To our dynamic international environment we are looking for “Invoicing Resolution Specialist”. This role is accountable for ensuring accurate and timely resolution of all Holcim third party supplier
invoices.
Main Responsibilities:
To our dynamic international environment we are looking for “Invoicing Resolution Specialist”. This role is accountable for ensuring accurate and timely resolution of all Holcim third party supplier
invoices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all Holcim third party supplier invoices while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in the drive for exceptional customer service, operational excellence and compliance.
- Block/unblock invoices
- Resolve vendor & employees inquiries, second level support
- Performs Procure to Pay reconciliations, month-end closing activities, reporting, GRIR reconciliation, provision journal entries, open item monitoring
- Cover other AP team activities when required

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Educational Specialization
Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Intermediate (B1)

Double-entry bookkeeping - Advanced
SAP - Basic

Personality requirements and skills
- Experience in accounting/financial functions and in invoice processing 1 year
- Manufacturing industry or shared services experience preferred
- Advanced English
- German intermediate level
- Knowledge of SAP FI CO Module is an advantage
- Knowledge on invoice processing policies and guidelines and ICS is required
