Job description, responsibilities and duties

The new established Shared Services Center in Kosice is looking for a support by its growth and development in international scope. This role will be responsible for managing the personnel administration team securing a high level of legal compliance, while aiming for permanent process improvement, data accuracy and an excellent employee experience.


Your duties will include:
  • Manage a team of specialists responsible for organization management, personnel administration, onboarding support, document management and reporting
  • Make sure the admin team is operating in respect of full accuracy and compliance to deadlines, global standards and local legal requirements
  • Keep up to date policies and SOPs in personnel administration field
  • Encourage a working environment where people are empowered to search for ways to constantly improve processes and to innovate
  • Set high performance standards for himself/herself and the team
