Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Execute the Holcim Compliance Program in all Holcim companies in your countries
- Ensure the effective implementation of the Group WBS Policy relating to reporting of violations and concerns
- Systematic roll-out of Group Compliance training and awareness programs within the local organization of the companies/business units in your countries
- Implement and maintain Group, regional or local Compliance Policies in the local organization of the Business Units in your countries
- Identify monitoring or reviews required by local laws or regulation within your respective jurisdiction
