To our dynamic international environment we are looking for a senior personal administration specialist, who will be the owner of personal data. This position is a great opportunity for an administrative, HR or payroll professional with excellent computer and analytical skills.
As a part of HR team, you will be responsible for:
  • Processing and maintaining employee data in SAP
  • Preparing data audits
  • Maintain up to date electronic employee files
  • Create and maintain control documentation
  • Contribute to operational improvements

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Upper intermediate (B2) and Italian - Upper intermediate (B2)
