We are looking for a candidate for Senior procurement specialist role who will:

  • Execute approved user needs into Purchase Orders for assigned goods and services.
  • Take responsibility for deliveries of ordered goods and services and related procurement logistics.
  • Work according to the defined sourcing strategies and contracts.
  • Perform price benchmarking and renegotiation of supplier contracts.
  • Perform all required records in SAP-MM.
  • Participate in evaluation of supplier performance.

Personality requirements and skills

An ideal candidate for this role: should have very good analytical skills, strategic thinking and be able to work independently.
  • Should have previous experience in procurement position in production area (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Is able to provide flexible support to internal customers and deliver high quality services/products based on their specification, with the minimum Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) whilst respecting the procurement procedures.
  • is strong in negotiation and assertive communication.
  • Very good Excel skills is a must.
  • Knowledge of SAP-MM module is a big advantage.
  • Communicative level of English.
  • German language is an advantage
