Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Manage the necessary activities to maintain the condition of the electrical installations and to assure proper functioning of equipments and systems. Ensure electrical maintenance team readiness to efficiently tackle emergencies or urgent breakdowns.
- Develop standard operating procedures and targets. Supervise operation personnel to apply them consistently. Implement adequate tools and procedures for continuous maintenance improvements.
- Develop and motivate its team, ensuring competencies and skills development according to technical innovations, plant or personal needs. Train and coach the electrical maintenance team to aim for more flexibility and efficiency.
- Provide and anticipate electrical maintenance internal capacity. Allocate electrical maintenance resources to the different activities to be performed through the weekly and daily plan and propose and justify eventual needs for external resources needs.

- Should have previous experience in heavy industry dealing with electrical maintenance (minimum 5 years) and with people management.
- Should have very good analytical skills, strategic thinking and be able to work independently.
- Ability to manage stress, to provide assistance and to encourage the maintenance team in critical situations.
- Will be strong in negotiation and assertive communication.
- Strong motivation and proactivity.
- Fluent level of English.
