Black Belt Mentor

As Black Belt Mentor you will be responsible:
- Drive EBS LeanSixSigma program. Establish a continuous improvement culture within the firm.
- Drive cost optimization within and appropriate scope expansion of Business Service Centre Assess end to end metrics to drive process compliance.
- Work across the SSC and business to drive initiatives to improve performance, cost efficiency and compliance.

- Analyze, implement and follow up to deliver technical solution aligned with the agreed Business Processes and following the established Governance and applicable guidelines and policies.
- Work closely with teams in following areas: consolidation, increasing adherence to processes, increasing timely responses from business, reducing costs in Countries and elaborating administration support.

- Experience from Share Service Centre.
- Project Management Skills.
- Excellent MS Office Skills including MS Project.
- SAP knowledge, SAP implementation experience - an advantage.
- Functional knowledge in the end to end process, experience in P2P- advantage.
- Integrated view of the key processes in SSC environment.

University education (Master's degree)

Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

English - Advanced (C1)

Double-entry bookkeeping - Advanced
SAP - Basic
