Job description, responsibilities and duties
Established Shared Service Center in Košice is looking for a support in human resources. We are expanding our team in recruitment process , induction, onboarding, training and process centralization.

As a HR Business Partner you will be:
- Responsible for recruitment, training need analysis, planning support, organizational management to the assigned business function
- Ensuring delivery of hiring, training needs analysis, performance management, compensation and benefits according to the defined HBS standards
- Translating vision into operations, building strong relations with business representatives, understanding business challenges
- Reinforcing internal rules
- Organizing trainings, participating as HR representative in events and activities
- Local point of contact for managers and colleagues
- Admin support for all related HR topics
