Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

To our dynamic international environment we are looking for a personal administration specialist, who will be the owner of personal data. This position is a great opportunity for an administrative, HR or payroll professional with excellent computer and analytical skills.

As a part of HR team, you will be responsible for:
- Processing and maintaining employee data in SAP
- Preparing data audits
- Maintain up to date electronic employee files
- Create and maintain control documentation
- Contribute to operational improvements

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

- Work experience in international companies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or HR
- Working knowledge of SAP, MS excel is asset
- Advanced in French
- Communication skills in English
- Detail oriented, accurate
- Analytical, independent
- Customer service skills
- Proactive
