Job description, responsibilities and duties

Financial European Business Service´s located in Košice is looking for ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST with Bulgarian or Romanian language

Main Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing for assigned entities and countries, performing all activities related to invoicing.
- Follows SLAs and SOPs for the services provided.
- Proactively drives system improvements, contributes to operational improvement initiatives within the P2P team.
- Ensures completeness, accuracy and timeliness of provided services - Accounts Payable processes/services consistent with all internal/external audit requirements.
- Maintains all necessary records related to audits, invoices, exception reporting.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) or Bulgarian - Intermediate (B1) or
Romanian - Intermediate (B1)

Administrative and economic skills

Double-entry bookkeeping - basic

Personality requirements and skills

- Experience in accounting/financial functions and in invoice processing 1 year is an asset
- Manufacturing industry or shared services experience preferred: 1 year is an asset
- English advanced AND Bulgarian or Romanian advanced is a must
- Advanced knowledge of SAP FI CO Module is an asset
- Knowledge on invoice processing policies and guidelines and ICS is required
