Job description, responsibilities and duties

The international financial service centre is looking for specialist for outgoing invoices, who will be responsible for investigating customer payment discrepancies, ensure prompt resolution of such and apply adjustments and reconciliation.

Main Responsibilities:
- Generate outgoing invoices for customer based on the orders
- Maintain customer accounts, address customer inquiries and ensure ongoing communication of information
- Resolve any open questions with customers
- Ensure that the various customer accounts are kept reconciled and up-to-date
- Coordinate investigation with other departments and ensure resolution
- Making sure all data are kept in SAP software

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Business Administration, Economics or related field

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) and
Spanish - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

- University degree education in finances, economy, administration or related field
- Previous experience with processing outgoing invoices is an advantage
- English and Spanish languages on a conversation level is a must
- Practical knowledge of MS Office
- Customer oriented
- Flexible
- Proactive
